A whole range of fast food outlets such as pizza/kababs, chinese takaway, two traditional pubs are all in easy walking distance to this lovely bungalow.
11 Beechwood is a fully detached two bedroom traditional brick built bungalow with it's own driveway for the safety of your car. The bungalow has a fully enclosed back garden with decking, table & chairs where you can sit and and relax overlooking fantastic field views. Pets are welcome at the bungalow but must not be left unattended and any pet hairs and fouling must be removed before your departure. Smoking is not allowed in the bungalow and is privately cleaned and looked after by the owner.
Your Holiday home: The large comfortable lounge comprises of a modern two seater and 3 seater settee's 40" flat screen T.V and DVD player. Coffee table and side table.
The fully fitted kitchen/dining room, comes with built in double oven/micro wave and ceramic hob, built in fridge/freezer. There are also built in washing machine and dish-washer. As you would expect all crockery and cutlery, toasters, kettle are all provided for. The breakfast bar at the rear of the kitchen overlooks the lovely field views and back garden. The dining room has table & chairs for 4 with sideboard.
The bathroom consists of shower cubical, built in wc and hand basin. for constant hot water an immersion heater is provided for your convenience.
Sleeping arrangements: The double bedroom comprises of large double divan bed, built in wardrobes and bedside table/draws with table lamps either side of the bed. (This bedroom again overlooks the back garden and field views.) The 2nd bedroom consists of two 3ft divan beds double wardrobe and bedside tables/draws and again complete with bedside lamps. Each bed is complete with duvets and pillows and all beds are made up ready for your arrival. This bungalow comes complete with hoover, Iron & ironing board for your convenience.
Convector heaters are provided for summertime heating, however this bungalow has oil fired central heating throughout and can be arranged for early/late bookings for which and extra charge of £40 per week on request.
Electricity is supplied by £1 coin meter.
